Brian Austin Green is being sued by a man who says he bought a classic car from the actor, and when he has the vehicle inspected, turns out the engine was not the original.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, Gonzalo Da Silva Pinto filed a lawsuit in LA County Court claiming the 'Beverly Hills 90210' star sold him a 1955 Porsche supposedly with all original parts including the engine.

In the suit, Pinto says on April 11, 2017, he answered an online advertisement for a 1955 Porsche for sale.

At the time, the asking price of the car was $385,000 or best offer. He claims the ad specifically read, "This is a TRUE Pre- A Reutter 1500cc (non-S) Speedster built August 11, 1955 with matching Porsche Certificate of Origin."

He says he emailed inquiring about the car, and was assured the engine was "original and authentic and that the number stamped on engine came from Porsche."

So he bought care for 330,000, and upon payment, he had the car shipped to Germany.

But, he claims, he had the classic ride inspected when it arrived and the car did not have an "authentic matching engine." He believes the engine number stamp on the vehicle is a "forgery."
