Amber Heard is throwing some major shade at Johnny Depp while giving a behind-the-scenes look at her latest project, "The Stand."

Heard took to Instagram on Thursday afternoon to reveal the candid pics of herself being transformed into her character of Nadine Cross on the popular Stephen King post-apocalyptic series.

"Believe it or not, it took a lot of backstage effort to turn me into the Devil’s mistress in The Stand," the 34-year-old actress wrote while revealing a photo of her hair being dyed.

Although she does not name her ex-husband by name, the implication is that Amber Heard has not problem being the "Devil's mistress," as she is connected to villain Randall Flagg on the CBS All Access show.

Heard's photo quickly made the rounds while racking up over 30,000 likes in a mere matter of minutes. Although the controversial actress limits the comments followers are allowed to make on her Instagram posts, a few of her close friends applauded the spicy caption.

Shots Fired

It was not the first time in recent weeks that Amber Heard has taken a shot at Johnny Depp. Last month she went on social media, after a court in the UK shot down the "Pirates of the Caribbean" star's request for an appeal in a libel case that labeled him a "wife beater."

"One dress, four years apart. Sometimes it’s important to wear the same thing twice," Heard captioned the photo of herself (below) leaving the L.A. County Courthouse back in 2016 after filing a temporary restraining order against Depp.

As we previously reported, a judge in the UK ruled with The Sun and against Johnny Depp over an article calling the actor a "wife beater." The main argument in Depp's appeal focused on proving Amber Heard as a non-credible witness, which ultimately did not sway the judge.

After the decision was made public, Depp's legal team released a statement making it clear they are now focused on fighting Heard in the next legal battle, which will take place in the U.S.
