The 'Flip Or Flop' star just melted down Instagram with a smoking hot mirror selfie, but instead of just showing off her shredded body, she decided to include ways in which she stays tight!

"As someone who has battled autoimmune disease for a long time, eating right isn't a luxury, it's a necessity. I know what makes me feel good and what doesn't, so it's become easy to stick to. I share more about this in the book, but I wanted to encourage you NOT to cut out whole food groups. I personally love carbs because of how they help me feel well, but the key is choosing the right carbs and combining them with healthy fat and protein! I also can’t stress enough how real stress can play a huge role in autoimmune flare-ups," she continued.

As we reported, Christina recently addressed concerns over her slender physique, saying there is nothing to worry about -- and in fact, she is the SAME weight as before she had children.
"So, people are commenting that I look really skinny and I need to eat. This is actually the weight I've always weighed. You guys have just watched me have babies and then go back to my original weight," she said on IG.
Bottom line, whatever she is doing...it is working!
