In the heartwarming picture, it appears the couple is in their younger years and are smiling huge while holding each other in the snap. "Happy Valentine's Day" a sign reads above their heads.

In the pic, it appears Kobe is handing his wife a giant bouquet of red roses after she pulled up to his location.

Earlier this week, Vanessa made the announcement the couple's oldest daughter, Natalia had been accepted to the University of Oregon. Obviously, it's a moment where her father would be very proud.

This year's holiday also comes on the heels of the official announcement by the 'National Transportation Safety Board' officially announcing the probable cause of Kobe's helicopter accident as being due to the pilot's decision to fly in poor weather.

In a press conference, an NTSB official said, "The pilot's decision to continue the flight into deteriorating weather conditions was likely influenced by a self-induced pressure to fulfill the client's travel needs, his lack of an alternative plan and the plan continuation bias which strengthened as the flight neared the destination."
