'Tiger King' Star Joe Exotic Claims He Was 'Too Gay' To Receive A Trump Pardon

'Tiger King' star Joe Exotic was NOT on the list of Donald Trump's last-minute pardons -- and now the reality star claims it's because he was 'Too Gay.'

The Netflix star just posted a message on Instagram through his team -- he is still in prison -- calling out the President for not including him in the group of late pardons that included rappers Lil' Wayne and Kodak Black.

It appears the zoo owner expected to be on the list, even renting a limousine to shuttle him out of prison, after the announcement was made. But, instead, he claims he was left out because of his sexual orientation.

See The Shocking Details!

Joe Exotic: I Was Too Innocent And Too Gay!

Instagram

"140 million Joe Exotic fans had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. We are as disappointed that The President did not sign Joe’s Pardon, as we were confident yesterday that he would. It is only because of you 140 million fans that Joe’s Pardon was even a possibility. Since his trial, the evidence has made it clear that Joe is not guilty but, rather, he is a victim of the persons he trusted most," Exotic said.

He continued, "I was too innocent and too GAY to deserve a Pardon from Trump. I only mattered to Don Jr. when he needed to make a comment about me to boost his social media post. Boy were we all stupid to believe he actually stood for Equal Justice? His corrupt friends all come first."

It should be noted, Joe never explains why he thinks being gay would have affected the decision not to pardon him.

There's More...

Highly Disappointed

Joe Exotic is currently married to Dillon Passage, who recently opened up about adjusting to life without his husband. "It's something that is a day-to-day thing," he told People. The zoo owner is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence.

"The only thing that's keeping us going is really just hoping for the best, and these lawyers seem like they have a really good plan to kind of get things executed," Passage said. Adding, "I'm not really able to speak to him very often. He just doesn't have a lot of phone privileges."

So, What's Next For The Reality Star?!

Refocusing Efforts Towards His Criminal Case Appeal

Instagram

The Netflix star's team is now refocusing their energy on his ongoing appeal, where they are sharing with his fan updates on social media.

"Team Tiger, just this morning spent two hours on the telephone with Joe and listened to his Direct Appeal Oral Arguments by Brandon Sample in Colorado. We will not stop, we will not rest until Joe’s injustice is corrected," they wrote in a follow-up to today's pardon surprise.

As we reported, President Trump DID pardon rappers Lil' Wayne and Kodak Black.
